What Is This Workshop About?

Do you work with people, for example in therapy, counseling, nursing, education or health promotion, and would like to expand your professional repertoire with a nature-connected, health-promoting approach? Experience an exclusive day dedicated to Shinrin Yoku: From a feeling to a science!


In this one-day course, you will immerse yourself in the original Japanese method of Shinrin Yoku according to Prof. Dr. Qing Li and explore the beneficial effects of the forest on body, mind and emotional wellbeing. Your own experience, the exchange of perceptions and new professional impulses are at the center of the day. In combination with the IM-WALD-SEIN® Method, you will learn how this experience can also become meaningful in your work with clients and patients.


The IM-WALD-SEIN® Academy (IWSA) is pleased to offer this special course in cooperation with Klinik Wartenberg, the organizer of the 1st Wartenberg Forest Therapy Congress. Klinik Wartenberg has been committed for many years to integrating nature-based approaches into rehabilitation. €202.30 including VAT per person. Bookings made by November 10, 2025 receive a 15% early-bird discount.

The fee includes course leadership, materials, the practical guide “Ihr Guide fürs Waldbaden, Shinrin Yoku, Im-Wald-Sein” by Amos Clifford and a certificate of attendance.
