The psychologist and forest therapist for psychiatric and psychosomatic disorders (SRH) is an expert in rehabilitation medicine. In addition, she has been accompanying processes of change in individuals, teams, and organizations for many years, using forests and nature. Her main topics are stress management, relaxation therapies, and burnout prevention.

"Our reaction to changing threatening situations is identical to what it was in the Stone Age – we experience stress. However, it is no longer temporary events such as hunger or cold that cause us stress, but permanent time pressure, social conflicts, and health complications.

Stress and relaxation go together like night and day. Without sufficient rest, we cannot achieve our peak performance.

Therefore, it is important not only to reduce negative stress but to pay more attention to the recovery phases. The forest offers an impressive variety for these processes. It's not easy to (re)discover this, especially when you're stuck in monotonous daily cycles.

That is why I see my work as giving my patients the precise impulses that enable them to do so."
