This certified intensive training program shows how forest therapy can be professionally integrated into prevention, rehabilitation and multimodal treatment. Key areas include lifestyle-related diseases, stress regulation and the confident application of forest therapy methods. Theory, self-study and clinical practice are closely integrated.
