A Thoughtfully Designed Connection to Nature
The IM-WALD-SEIN® City Offices were developed by the IWSI’s interdisciplinary Biophilic Design Team as one cohesive spatial concept. They demonstrate how a connection to nature, professional functionality and a distinctive interior aesthetic can be brought together.
Biophilic design is about far more than decorative greenery. Colors, light, organic forms, plants, forest imagery, materials and multisensory elements inspired by nature have been deliberately combined. Open work and meeting areas alternate with protected retreats, while familiar structures are complemented by unexpected details.
This creates distinct spatial qualities for concentration, creative exchange, confidential conversations, restoration and fresh perspectives. At the same time, the City Offices serve as walk-in reference spaces showcasing the IWSI’s expertise in biophilic design.
