Individual Supervision and Interdisciplinary Case Reviews for Forest Therapy and Nature-Based Health Promotion

Do you offer forest therapy, forest bathing, or Shinrin Yoku, or integrate nature-based health promotion into your professional practice? Would you like to reflect on specific questions, challenging situations, or cases from your work? Our online supervision and interdisciplinary case reviews help you look at situations from different perspectives, gain fresh insights, and develop practical ways forward.

The programs are independent of any professional association and are open to qualified practitioners from a wide range of training and professional backgrounds. Individual supervision is available by appointment; case reviews take place in small groups of 3 to 6 participants.

Professional Practice Requires Reflection

As your practical experience grows, questions may arise that cannot be answered by methods alone. Unexpected reactions, challenging group dynamics, the choice and dosage of interventions, or questions about your own professional role can all be good reasons to take a closer look at your practice.

Professional supervision and interdisciplinary case reviews at the IM-WALD-SEIN® Academy provide structured professional support for this process. They combine reflection on your own practice with different professional perspectives, helping you gain clarity, discover new approaches, and develop your practice with greater confidence.

The programs are open to qualified practitioners in forest therapy, forest bathing, Shinrin Yoku, and nature-based health promotion – regardless of where they trained or whether they belong to a professional association.

Reflect Individually or Explore Cases Together

Whether you want to explore a specific question one-on-one or look at practice cases together with colleagues, choose the format that best fits your current needs.

Individual Professional Supervision

Explore Personal Questions and Gain New Perspectives

Supervision gives you the opportunity to step back from your own practice, sort through questions, and gain fresh perspectives. Together, we reflect on experiences from your work, look at what is working well, and develop ideas for situations in which you would like greater clarity or direction.

Especially where nature experiences, health promotion, and therapeutic processes intersect, supervision can help you approach interventions, your professional role, and your next steps more consciously and confidently.

The program is open to all qualified practitioners who integrate forest therapy, forest bathing, Shinrin Yoku, or other nature-based health approaches into their work – regardless of where they trained or their professional background.

Interdisciplinary Case Reviews

Explore Practice Cases Together and Learn From Different Perspectives

Case reviews allow you to learn not only from your own cases, but also from the experiences and perspectives of others. Together, we explore real situations from practice, consider different viewpoints, and develop new ideas for moving forward.

The interdisciplinary exchange broadens the perspective beyond your own professional or training background. Even without bringing your own case, you gain fresh insights and practical ideas for your work.

The program is open to all qualified practitioners who integrate forest therapy, forest bathing, Shinrin Yoku, or other nature-based health approaches into their work – regardless of where they trained or their professional background.
